You may have coverage through your extended health benefit plan.  Invoices can be provided to you that way you can submit them to your insurance.

Direct billing available to clients who have coverage under Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB).

I require 24 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduled appointments. I reserve the right to invoice the full session fee for any late cancellations/rescheduled appointments (less than 24 hours), and missed appointments.
